No, we have trained SimCam Alloy 1S beforehand and built highly accurate algorithms into the device. However, you can teach it to recognise new things with the SDK which be available later.

+ will you use my data to train AI like Nest and Arlo?

No. This is because the SimCam Baby uses entirely local AI processing, we never have access to your data.

+ Can someone else monitor my camera like Ring?

The live videos are streamed directly into your phone on a secured P2P (peer-to-peer) network without going through a server. Only you can view the video through the paired APP.

+ Can I turn the camera off while I am at home?

Yes, you can manually turn on or off the camera on the APP. You can use geofencing to automatically turn off the camera whenever you arrive home. You can also set a schedule to determine its working hours.

+ Does SimCam Alloy 1S require batteries or power connection?

The SimCam Alloy 1S comes with power cables and adapters that allow you to plug it into AC power anywhere in the world. That provides you with 24/7 AI motion detection, continuous recording and longer detection range so you never miss an event or have to spend money on batteries.

The local AI will keep analysing and recording events without a WIFI connection, but it will not to able to connect APP until the connection is restored.

Push notifications are usually sent within 1 to 2 seconds. However, it may vary depending on your Internet condition.

You can view the live stream on Synology surveillance station, Ispy, Alexa Echos Show, and Google Nest Hub.

The system records in a continual loop. When the card is full, it begins to overwrite the oldest stored footage.

Unlike other security companies, we never collect users' data or shares with other parties. Everything is processed and stored locally on the device with a bank-level encrytion. You can rest easy knowing that a hacker will never get the chance to intercept your video or see your baby.

SimCam Baby can detect a baby's face and send you an alert when your baby falls asleep or wakes up. Make sure your baby has a good sleep without losing your sleep.
